While walking in the woods, artist Minna Aaparyti saw these interesting seed pods and decided to collect them.
A Delicate Silver plate bezel provides a counterpoint for carefully chosen, unique seed pods and orange hand painted paper (background) set in resin. Tranquil like a walk in the woods. Sterling silver chain, 16".
Another jaunt in the country side, and Minna found walnut halves which had fallen on the ground. Fascinated by the heart shaped interior, she collected a bunch of them and decided to make necklaces. A lovely necklace with an upcycled brass chain, a swallow symbolizing freedom, a brass filigree bezel cradles a walnut with a heart shaped interior, and a touch of color with a smooth orangey glass bead. 18".

This necklace is also made with a hand picked walnut half. The inspiration came from the apparent heart shaped interior. Nestled inside a filigree brass bead, it had to be sanded down on the back so it would sit flush against skin..it has several layers of brass chains and brown copper pearls all around, about 18".
