![]() Ceramic mugs by Julia Dean are here!
Her statement about her work: "The act of creating manifests a profound vulnerability within oneself. Drawing from life experience, visions, memories and emotion gives way to a resounding and poignant conversation with the deepest parts of one's soul. For me, listening well to this conversation gives space for the gestation and birth of images and forms that narrate my journey inward. I am interested in this narrative aspect of my work, but also the space inside the piece. There is a void in empty space. And yet there is an expectant mystery. It is my search for the accessible or inaccessible Self in this space that keeps me listening for my own story in clay". We are pleased to announce the arrival of new t-shirts printed locally by DevilFishInk. ![]() |

NEW- Chocolate Mate Chai-Velvety, mellow and deep, this chai is an enticing blend of energizing pu-erh tea, shade-grown yerba maté and cacao. Made even more inviting by creamy vanilla, nutty coconut and fruity, pungent and uplifting Ayurvedic long pepper, this is a most sophisticated take on hot cocoa. NEW- Turmeric Ginger-Sweet licorice root and zesty orange peel lend depth and structure to this remarkably intriguing, yet balanced herbal tea. We will continue to carry the much loved White Tea with Peach Blossoms, and Earl Grey Supreme. |
